Under the homepage settings
Under Home-Page SEO options you have Meta title setting, the meta title of your webpage gives searchers and search engines a brief description of the content of your website. It is visible at the top of the page tab in many web browsers and is saved as the title of a bookmark if a user saves it. The meta title is a critical component of search engine optimization.
Then you can add Meta Description- The meta description tag in HTML is the 160-character snippet used to summarize a web page’s content. Search engines sometimes use these snippets in search results to let visitors know what a page is about before they click on it. In other words, meta descriptions are there to generate click-throughs from search engines.
Meta Keywords are the keywords that are used by the search engines to show your store when certain keywords are entered in the search engines. Enter the relevant keywords which you feel are relevant to your store.

Click save options when done.

Here you can enter the Meta title. This is the title that will be displayed on the top of the page, mainly on the tabs of the browser. You can select the syntax which is a format that you want your title and product title and site title to be displayed accordingly. Whether you want your product title first before site title, with a - sign or | sign, or you just want the product title only to be displayed on the tabs.
Robots meta no index and no follow are same as explained earlier but this time they are for pages and not for the whole store. Click save options when done.
