What I need to do if I am not able to login to my account?

At first please make sure that you are using the same Email ID that you have provided at the time of purchase and if its same and your password is not working or you forgot the password for your Xmails account, you can reset the password easily by clicking on “Forgot Password”.







You just need to enter your registered email here and click on “Submit”.

You will get the password reset link in your email.
