I have purchased Xmails, now what should I do for sending Emails?

Once you are logged in your Xmails account you are required to get your account ready for Emailing by doing some settings as shown in following steps:


Step 1- At first, Set your profile

Step 2- If you are going to use the inbuilt SMTP of Xmails, you can skip this step and go to step 3.

But, if you want to use your SMTP (any external SMTP), you need to go to “Sending Server Settings” under settings gear.

Enter all the required details to configure your SMTP.

You can use the API key for few common SMTP providers or with the help of “SMTP” option in drop down, you can configure any SMTP settings.

Step 3 – Now, if you want to integrate CRM platforms ( Salesforce, Infusionsoft, Salesforce IQ), Webinar (GoToWebinar), Autoresponder ( If you are using multiple autoresponders, you can integrate that as well in Xmails and add the leads there also which you are going to grab with Lead Pages, Web forms of Xmails and Zapier, you need to go to “Integration” option in Left Panel.

Step 4 – Now it’s time to verify your domain with Xmails to set “From and Reply Emails”.

For this, click on “Domain Management” option under “Settings” gear.


Here you need to Add your domain first.

Once the domain has been added, you need to go to the C-Panel provided by your hosting service.

Step 5 - Login to your C-Panel and open “Zone Editor”

Click on Manage and then drop down of “Add Record”.

Here you need to 3 entries.

  • SPF Record
  • DKIM Record
  • DMARC Record


SPF Record will be added as “txt Record”, DKIM and DMARC Record will be added as “Cname”.

For SPF Record, click on “Add TXT Record”.

Under Name, you need to enter


If it does not accept it, then you can enter your domain here.

Under record, please enter:

v=spf1 +all


After this click on “Add Record” under “Actions”.


For DKIM Record, click on “CNAME Record”.

Under Name, you need to enter


(“.” Needs to be included in entry)

Under record, please enter:

After this click on “Add Record” under “Actions”.


For DMARC Record click on “CNAME Record”.

Under Name, you need to enter


Under record, please enter:

After this click on “Add Record” under “Actions”.


Now go to “Domain Management” again in Xmails and open all three records with drop down and click on verify.

Step 6 - Now you need to go back to “Xmails” again and go to “Domain Management” to Add New Email

Click on verify once you enter the email address.

Step 7 – You will receive a verification email on this email address.

You just need to click on the verification link and email address will be verified.

Now, you can upload your contacts and get your emails ready.
