Explain you about “Get Leads” option inside LeadPrimo and what it does?

For that, click on “Get Leads”:

It has 2 options:  Web forms and Lead Pages.

Click on “Web Forms”.

Here you can create, manage and use forms for your leads easily.

To create a new web form, click on the “Create Web Form”.

A Popup window will be appeared, and you need to give the name of your web form and then click on “create”.

In the next step, you need to select the form template. You can choose any template as per your niche.

You can also search for a specific template from the search option. You can also preview the template.

Next you can edit the template according to your needs by clicking on the settings icon on the left-hand side.

From the new opened menu, you can edit the thank you page and already subscribe page.

Whether you want it to be default or a custom URL. If you wish to send a confirmation email to your soon to be subscriber then turn Double OPT-IN “on” else, keep it off.

You can add tags as well.

Once done, click on “Save”.

You can also edit the details such as which things to be displayed under the design settings.

In the integration setting, you need to select any LeadPrimo list, in which you want to add the leads, select the CRM or Webinar and choose fields. Once done, click on Save.

Similarly, you can edit the text and images on the template by going over them. You can go back to previous step by clicking the back button. You can also change the template by selecting change template option. You can also do undo and redo for steps. To view the preview of the template, select template preview option.

 When done click save and publish.

On the next screen you will get Java Script Code, Our Hosted Link and Our HTML Code.

Use these codes and link to use the template at desired places.

  • "JavaScript Code" to embed this form in your website, you need to copy the given code and paste it into the HTML file of your website.
  • "HTML code" to embed this form in your website, you need to copy the given code and paste it into the HTML file of your website
  • "Our Hosted Link": In this, you send a link directly to your subscribers via email. Once he clicks on that, he will be able to see the form on your website.


At Web forms page you will be able to view the list of all the web forms created.

You can search for a specific web form by using the search field. You can also choose the number of web forms to be displayed at one time. You can select the webforms by clicking on the checkboxes before the webform name. you can delete the selected webforms by clicking the mass action button and selecting delete. You can navigate to different pages of webforms list by using the navigation section at the bottom. You can sort the list by clicking on the details that you want your list to be sorted according to.

Next option under Get leads is “Lead Pages”:

Here you can see and edit all your lead pages.

To create a Lead Page, click on the “create a lead page” button.

When you click on the create button a pop up will appear and it will ask you to fill two details:

Lead Page Name and URL. When done, click on Create.

And then you need to choose the Lead Template:

Every template will give you two options first to select and second to preview, you can choose a template as per your requirement and interest.

Once you select a template it will take you to the page where you can edit the template as per your choice.

To edit a template, you have a setting button at the top-left corner however, you have other options at the top-right corner to save the page, publish and promote.

 These options are same as Web form except SEO.

In the SEO setting:

You can add your page title, description, keywords and third-party scripts.

When done, click on “Save”.

And then click on “Publish”.

Once you click on publish option after editing template as per the choice, a popup appears, and it gives Lead page URL and an option to add this page as tab on your Facebook page.

But before that, you need to integrate your Facebook account with LeadPrimo. Please refer to the “Settings” PDF for that.

Click on Back to home:

Here you can see all the lead pages created and you can manage the lead pages from here.
