Explain about the report section of MyIMUniversity to get accurate analysis to check out the performance of all your products and Article.

Click on Reports. You will see further three options under it. Business report, Blog Report and Social report.







 

To view the report of your Business, please click on Business report option. You will see 4 options - Overview, Technology, Location and Result.




Under overview section you will be able to see the number of Total Products, Total Site Visitors, Total Sales and Members. Beneath it, you will be able to see two other graphs first is Visitor Graph and second is Product Sales Graph.








 

In Visitor graph you can see the number of visitors on article or product with respect to time. You can change the time duration for which you want to view the graph by selecting the three options presented as Day, week, or month and by selecting the option from the drop-down menu as this week, this month, this year or custom. With the Custom option available, you can view report between any two calendar dates.




In Product Sales Graph you can see the clicks and sales of your product with respect to time. You can change the time duration for which you want to view the graph by selecting the three options presented as Day, week, or month and by selecting the option from the drop-down menu as this week, this month, this year or custom. With the Custom option available, you can view report between any two calendar dates.




You can further scroll up and view the Reports of a specific Product by clicking on View in Details.


You will see the list of products and then you can see the number of visitors and sales of each product as shown below.


Further, if you want to check the reports of a product out of this list then go to Action tab and click on reports as shown below. Likewise, you can check the reports of your products.






Next, let’s see the Technology section of Business Report, here you can view the report for Browsers Used, Operating System and Devices used by the viewers and audiences in the form of Pie charts.




In the Location section, you can view the number of viewers and their origin of country by referring to the world map.




In the Results tab, we have three graphs. First one is the Product Visitor vs Clicks Graph which shows the rate of visitor and clicks in terms of time.






The Second graph is Conversion Rate Graph, which shows the rate of conversions in terms of time and the last is Members graph which shows the number of members in terms of time, means the number of members signed up on our website.









Now click on Blog Report here you will see 4 options - Overview, Technology, Location and Result. Under overview section you will be able to see the number of Total Articles, Total Visitors, Total Likes and Total Dislikes. And just below of it you can see the Visitor Graph, here you can see the number of visitors with respect to time.










Next is the Technology section, here you can view the report for Browsers Used, Operating System and Devices used by the viewers and audiences in the form of Pie charts.




In the Location section, you can view the number of viewers and their origin of country by referring to the world map.





In the Results tab, we have Like and Dislike graph, which tells us the number of like and dislikes received on the blog.








 

Now, click on Social Report, you will receive the list of all the stories under a category and details regarding these stories shared on the Social media platforms.




Details here include Social Share Article, Posted To, Status, Shared Post, Link, Posted on and Action.





You can choose the category from the drop-down menu to view the list of its categories, so that you can check their report. You can also view the stories and product between a specific date period by selecting from and to dates in the field provided. You can search for a specific article or product by using the search option.









You can view the number of lists displayed on the page by selecting the number from the drop-down menu of Record per Page option.

You can also check the post posted on Social media platform by clicking on Click Here option under Shared post field. You can view the Article itself by clicking on view post under Link field.






You can navigate to different pages by using the navigation area at the bottom of the page. To get more details please click on Reports button under action.
