How can I check performance of my web-site and campaign created in Trenzy?

Hello Friends,

Here, I am going to explain you about the Stats section of Trenzy, where you get the accurate analysis to check-out the performance of all your Videos, Articles and Social campaigns.

On the left menu bar, you will get the options like Dashboard, Lists, Automation, Get traffic, Monetization, Library, Stats, etc.

Click on Stats. You will see further three options under it. Video Report, Article Report and Social Report.

 

To view the stats of your Videos, please click on Video Report option. You will see 5 options - Overview, Location, Technology, Compare, and Result. Under the overview section you will be able to see the number of Total Videos, Video shared, Leads captured and Total views.

Further down, you will see two graphs here. First is the View & Play Graph and second is Play and Engagement Graph.

                                  

 

With the help of View & Play Graph, you can get the exact report about the View count and Play count of your videos with respect to time. You can change the time duration for which you want to view the graph by selecting the option from the drop-down menu like this week, this month, this year or custom.

With the Custom option available, you can view report between any two calendar dates.

 

By using the Play and Engagement graph, you can get the exact report about the Play and Engagement rate with respect to time.

By using the option provided at the right-hand top corner, View in Details,

 

 

you can get the detailed report about each video separately by selecting them from the list. Also, you can filter the video via their category by using the Choose Category option.

You can change the number of videos to be shown on the page by using the Record Per Page option given at the left-hand bottom corner and you can also navigate to a different page by using the Page option provided at the right-hand bottom corner.

 

 

In the Location section, you can view the number of viewers and their origin of the country by referring to the world map.

Next is the Technology section where you can view the report for Browsers Used, Operating System and Devices used by the viewers and audiences in the form of Pie charts.

By using the Compare section, you can compare two videos from the same category or from a different category. To do that, first you need to select the category for both video and then you need to select the videos which you want to compare and then select the time duration for which you want to see the comparison report for both Videos and click on Compare.

Here you can view the Basic report for both videos like Viewers, Play Count, Play Rate, Engagement, Likes and Dislike and below this,

  

You can also view the graphical representation of Play rate and Engagement rate for both videos with respect to time.

In the Results tab, we have two graphs. First one is the Conversion Graph which shows the rate of Conversion in terms of time.

The Second graph is Like & Dislike Graph, which shows the rate of Like and Dislike in terms of time.

Now to view the Report of your Articles click on Article Report.

You will see 5 options - Overview, Location, Technology, Compare and Result.

Under the overview section you will be able to see the number of Total Articles, Total shared, Leads captured and Total view.

By using the option provided at the right-hand top corner, View in Details.

  

You can get the detailed report about each Article separately by selecting them from the list, also you can filter the Article via their category by using the Choose Category option.

Here you can view the Basic report for both Articles namely No. of Likes, No. of Dislike, No. of Views and Conversion Rate.

 

Below this, you can also view the graphical representation of Traffic you are receiving on your both articles through View graph with respect to time.

In the Results tab, we have two graphs first is Conversion Graph and second is Like and Dislike graph.

Conversion graph helps you to figure out the conversion rate of your Articles and you can change the time duration for which you want to view the graph by selecting the option from the drop-down menu like this week, this month, this year or custom. With the Custom option available, you can view report between any two calendar dates.

Like and Dislike give a complete overview of like and dislikes received on the Articles and you can change the time duration for which you want to view the graph by selecting the option from the drop-down menu like this week, this month, this year or custom.

Now to get the complete analytics or report for Social Campaign click on Social Report.

We will receive the list of all the Articles under a category and details regarding these articles shared on the Social media platforms. Details here include Social Share Article, Posted To, Status, Shared Post, Link, Posted on and Action.

You can choose the category from the drop-down menu to view the list of its categories so that you can check their stats.

You can also view the articles between a specific date period by selecting from and to dates in the field provided.

You can search for a specific article by using the search option.

You can view the number of lists displayed on the page by selecting the number from the drop-down menu of Record per Page option.

You can also check the post posted on Social media platform by clicking on Click Here option under Shared post field. You can view the Article itself by clicking on view post under Link field.

You can navigate to different pages by using the navigation area at the bottom of the page.

To get more details please click on Reports button under the action field.

You will get more details related to the article and its stats for Social media like where it is Posted to, Its Status, Its Shared Post link, and its Own Link.

You can also choose the Social media platform for whom you wish to view the list.

You can search for a stat by using the search field. You can assign the number of records to be displayed using the Record Per Page options. You can navigate to the different pages by using the navigation area at the bottom of the page.

If at any time you feel stuck or confused, just click on the help icon to open a box full of helpful information about the option or you can click on video icon button to launch the Tutorial video.
