How to Efficiently use the Messages option in MailPrimo.

Hello,
In this document of our Knowledge base you will find the explanation how to create and send newsletters and set autoresponders for your subscribers.
For that, click on Message Menu.

It will give you two options in the dropdown. The first one is newsletter and second one is autoresponder.

Click on Newsletter.
It will redirect you to this page:

Here you can see list of set newsletters.
You can see the statistics of any newsletter here. If you want to reuse any newsletter you can do that as well.
If you want to delete any newsletter, you use the delete button for that.
The email you have scheduled for later will be displayed in this tab.

The email you have saved as draft will be displayed in this tab.

Email which are being in processing will be displayed in this tab.

To create a newsletter, click on create newsletter option.
It will redirect you to this page:

If you want to create a newsletter by using already created templates, choose “Inline Editor” and if you want to create a newsletter with plain text, choose “Plain Text Editor”.
Click on any one of them, and you will be redirected to a page where you must enter details of your newsletter.

Once you click on “NEXT” after filling up all the required details, you will be asked to Select Template in case of Inline editor.

Once you select the template it will redirect you to a page where you can edit the image and text of this template.

If you need to edit anything you just need to click on it and a basic editor will popup.
You can save your edited template and it will save on “my templates” section.
You can add any attachment and send mail as test mail and you can change your template using given options.
You can hide the sections of the template.
Click on “NEXT” after editing,
You will reach the subscriber selection page where you can select the lists to whom you want to send the newsletter.

You can exclude subscribers if you want with the help of exclude subscriber and suppression list option.
You can select the list tag wise to whom you want to send the newsletter.
You can exclude the tags with the help of exclude tags option.
After your selection, click on next.

On the next page you can set the sending options for this newsletter.
If you want send newsletter immediately, click on send.
If you want to save as a draft, click on save to draft option also you can schedule it to be send later.
Once you click on send, your newsletter will be sent to your subscribers.
Now, if you have chosen “Plain Text Editor” while creating a new newsletter, you will be redirected to a page where you will be asked to enter details of your newsletter.

Just click on “NEXT” after filling up the required details, and a new page will come up in front of you where you can write a message for your subscribers.
You can attach files also with your message.

Click on “NEXT” and you will reach the subscriber selection page where you can select the lists to whom you want to send the newsletter.
Rest is same as “Inline Editor”.
So, this was all about the newsletters.
Now i will talk about the Autoresponder.

With this feature, you can send a predefined message to the subscribers who joined your list now onwards.

Click on “Create Autoresponder”.
If you want to create an Autoresponder by using already created templates, choose “Inline Editor” and if you want to create an Autoresponder with plain text, choose “Plain Text Editor”.
Click on any one of them, you will be redirected to a page where you will be asked to enter details of your Autoresponder.

Just click on “NEXT” after filling up the required details.
On the next page, you will be asked to Select Template in case of Inline editor.

After selection of template, you will be able to edit it as per the message you want to send with this Autoresponder.
You can change images and text in template.
You can also see the preview on this page of your Autoresponder.
Click on “NEXT” after editing,

You will be redirected to the next page where you can select the list.
Whenever any new subscriber is added to this list, he will automatically get the autoresponder message. Click next.

Here you can decide if you want to send this email immediately when a new subscriber gets into the particular list or if you want to set one, two, three or any other number of days after signing up.
Also, you can decide on which days of the week you want this message to be send.
Click on Set autoresponder option to activate or you can save it as a draft.
Now, if you have chosen “Plain Text Editor” while creating a new Autoresponder, you will be redirected to a page where you will be asked to enter details of your Autoresponder.

Just click on “NEXT” after filling up the required details.

On the next page, you will be asked to select list.

Whenever any new subscriber is added to this list, he will automatically get the autoresponder message. Click next.

Here You Can Send Your Message Immediately or Schedule it for later.
Click on “SET AUTORESPONDER” to activate it or you can save it as draft.
