Hello,
In this document of our Knowledge base you will find the explanation how you can integrate SMTP Settings, CRM and Webinar platforms in MailPrimo.
For the SMTP Settings, you need to go to Sending Server option of MailPrimo.

Here you can see the complete list of SMTPs, which you have integrated in your MailPrimo account.
If you want to add a server/ SMTP, just click on “Add Server”.

It will open up a drop down.

If you have an account with external SMTP providers like Elastic mail, MailGun, SparkPost, Amazon SES, SendGrid etc, just click on the name and enter the API key there and you are done.
Apart from this, if you want to use the SMTP of Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook, you can do that as well.
Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook provides free SMTP to send emails but there will be a limit.
You will not be able to send bulk emails but yes, you will be able to send free emails.
You just need to follow few steps to grab the SMTP details for these, which I am going to explain.
Now,
Here I am going to explain you about the SMTP settings of Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook.
I will tell you, how you can get the details for the SMTP Settings for MailPrimo to send emails.
You need to enter the SMTP details in “Sending Server” section.

SMTP User name will be your Gmail email address and SMTP password will be an app specific password, I am going to explain that how you can get this password for your account.
To get the details for the SMTP of Gmail, login to your Gmail Account.

Now, you need to enable the two-step verification for your account, because without that you will not
be able to generate the app specific password for gmail.
To enable the two step verification, just go to below link:
