How to view reports using the reports option.

In this document of our Knowledge base you will find the explanation about “Reports” Section and how you can get statistics about your products and their performance using this option of ShopMozo.
First, go to “Reports” Menu:
You will see 4 options. Overview, products, hits and Social.
Here you will be able to see the list of all the products that you have already posted on the store with their statistics such as product name, product ID, page hits, Affiliate Hits, Store Name and Post Date. You can choose how many number of items in the list you want to view at once. You can sort the list according to the attributes such as product name by clicking over the category. The list will be sorted accordingly. You can view the statistics for day, week, month, year or which belongs to a custom time period by entering the dates in the provided fields. You can search for a particular product and its stats by entering the name that matches the product in the search field. Or you can search by entering the product ID, store name, postdate. Use previous, next and page number buttons to navigate in the list.
Next, in the products section you will be able to view the graph for number of products published and drafted with the time they published or drafted. You can view the graph in terms of day, week or month. You can also view the graph for this week, this month, this year or for a custom time period.
In the hits section, you can view the graph for number of product and affiliate hits and the time they were received. You can view the graph in terms of day, week or month. You can also view the graph for this week, this month, this year or for a custom time period.
